Who We Are

The story of Wholesale Card Games begins in childhood, where all good stories start. We’ve always loved playing games, and now we love making them.

We’re a family-run company founded in 2024, with a deep passion for creating easy-to-play card games that are both silly and seriously addictive.

Together, we founded Worgan Games, an independent UK-based developer and publisher of original card games which are designed to bring people together. Wholesale Card Games is the sister brand that shares those creations with the world, supplying retailers, venues, and businesses with games designed to entertain, connect, and inspire.

Every game we release is play-tested by us first. As four siblings who’ve been gaming together since the late ’90s, if a game survives our family game night, it’s more than ready to become part of everyone else’s.

We believe card games should be accessible to everyone, quick to play, easy to learn, and perfect for any gathering or setting. Our games bring people together to spark creativity, inspire strategy, and fill the room with laughter, making them ideal for players of all ages and group sizes.

Why We Do What We Do

We’d known for a long time that we wanted to start a business together as four siblings. In 2024, we’d each reached a point in our own careers where we felt ready to bring our experience together and build something together.

We wanted a company that was fun, creative and centred around what we’ve always loved doing: playing games.

So we started making the kind of games we actually wanted to play: quick to learn, full of energy, but still smart enough to feel genuinely satisfying.

It was never about chasing trends or building a brand for the sake of it. It was about putting something into the world that brought people together, the same way games did for us growing up.

That’s still what drives us today: making games that earn their place in the cupboard because people keep asking to play them.

What We’re Building

Our aim is to build a catalogue of modern classics, games that become household names because they’re just genuinely fun to play.

We want Worgan Games to stand for reliability in the industry. When someone sees our logo, they should know the game will deliver. For retailers, that means titles that sell quickly and stay relevant; for players, it means games they’ll keep reaching for.

We really just want to continue creating games together for as long as we can, as it’s what we all enjoy doing.
